  • We’ll start with a Diagnostic.

    After our Discovery Call, if we decide that we are a good fit to work together, I’ll start with a comprehensive Diagnostic.

    For Personal Brands
    I’ll review your professional portfolio as well as try to understand your lived experience to better paint the picture of your full story, your goals, and your next chapter.

    For Organizations
    Depending on the size of your organization, the challenges you are facing, and the vision forward, the diagnostic may include an internal organizational audit as well as market research, competitor analysis, and in-person observation.

  • We’ll develop a Strategy.

    Once the diagnostic is complete, we identify what needs to shift, clarify how the pieces connect, and define the most strategic path forward.

  • We’ll take action.

    From there, we determine whether a 2-Week Sprint or 90-Day Reset is the right next step to translate the strategy into action.

My Philosophy

My work is grounded in the belief that identity is the foundation of all meaningful growth. Whether at the individual or organizational level, clarity of identity shapes how decisions are made, how systems are structured, and how a brand is expressed.

I draw from principles of identity formation and what I think of as Strategic Coherence Architecture, aligning identity, structure, and direction so that every part of the business reflects a unified whole. When identity is clear, everything else can be built with greater precision, consistency, and intention.

The same principles apply to personal brand development. When individuals take the time to define and integrate their experiences, perspectives, and values, they are better equipped to communicate who they are, position themselves effectively, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
